Shadi Mahsa: In the Light of Silence

“ Everything you see has its roots in the unseen world. The forces change yet the essence remains the same.” RUMI

In this series, I explore the presence of light within nature and within ourselves.

I was especially drawn to the quiet power of white light emerging from darkness — a symbol of hope that continues to exist even in difficult moments.

Wildflowers became an important inspiration for me because they grow freely, sometimes even through stone, without human care or control. To me, they
represent resilience, purity, and the silent strength of life.

The soft horizon and glowing white light in these paintings reflect a sense of renewal, hope, and the endless cycle of life.

That white light behind the landscapes represents a universal energy — a reminder that even in darkness, there is always light within us guiding us forward.
